Beagá – Oitava Edição

English follows!

***********************************************

Olà,

The last news you heard from us were about humid heat, daily thunderstorms and us getting ready for a trip to the Brazilian North East.
Here we are back, safe and not sorry! And we are now sharing a couple of pictures from Recife, Porto de Galinhas and Fernando de Noronha, known for its UNESCO protected marine park, the amazing dives and also the AF Airbus that went straight down not far from the archipelago about a year ago...

Memorables about our Brazilian North East experience:
*The temperature of the ocean...UNBELIEVABLY warm ;-)
And it wasn't even summer...
*Robin's buggy rides!
*Lunches made of água de coco, fish of the day and cassava in the various beaches' « botecos »
*Charlotte's tropical health :-§
*The almost deserted beaches and our first encounter with sea turtles in Fernando de Noronha
*Oysters in Calhetas' bay, south of Recife
*The “bibites" and various types of mosquitos...

As for the rest and in general, tudo bem in Beagá!
Our next destination at the end of June is...França!
And to all of you in the Northern Hemisphere, have a great summer!...
Over here, we are slowly getting into winter...the temperature has dropped down to 25-30 Celsius and you would be surprised how you can find it chilly when it's been 35-40 for the last 6 months!

                                            Beijãos a todos!
